ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih renovates city schools, hospitals [Ukraine]

In preparation for the beginning of the 2010/11 school year, OJSC ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih allocated UAH 5.9 mln to repair and renovate six city secondary schools, while in June 2010 the company spent UAH 3.5 mln for repairs and renovations to city hospitals. The funds are part of a cooperation agreement signed between Kryviy Rih City Council and ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih...The cooperation agreement was signed in March 2010 with the aim of supporting and improving the socio-economic wellbeing of city residents, as well as providing them with adequate social, economic and eco-friendly living conditions.
