Bolivia: NGO video highlights impacts left in Kori Kollo mining site to be closed in 2015; names Newmont

A video (in Spanish)  highlights alleged social and environmental impacts by the Kori Kollo mine owned by Empresa Minera Inti Raymi, EMIRSA and later acquired by Newmont that in its turn sold it in 2009 to Compañía Procesadora de Minerales SA, COMPROMINSA and EMIRSA.  The video refers only to Newmonts’ operations. Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Newmont to respond to the video; the response is available.
