"Business and Human Rights: The Italian case"

On 13 November 2013, the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna and the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, under the patronage of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, launched the report "Business and Human Rights: The Italian case"...The reports is the baseline study in support of the Italian Action Plan to implement the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the presentation aimed at an informed debate on the role of the Italian goverment in promoting respect for human rights by Italian companies - wherever they operate - and foreign companies with operations in Italy...The report was written by Damiano de Felice, Dr. Claudia Cinelli and Chiara Macchi, under the scientific supervision of Prof. Andrea de Guttry.
