Cola companies in Kerala battle [India]

The world's biggest soft drinks companies have begun their legal battle to overturn a complete ban on the sale of their products in a part of India. Coca-Cola and Pepsi are challenging the state government of Kerala's claim that the drinks contain harmful pesticides... Coca-cola and Pepsi...dispute the evidence upon which the ban was based, arguing that the results were flawed.
