Colombia: Afro-descendant community allegedly forcibly displaced from its hometown by Cerrejon Coal

After a long process of discussion with one family, Cerrejon coal (part of BHP Billiton, Anglo American & Glencore) asked the authorities to evict them from a company’s land. The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Cerrejon coal to respond.  The response is provided
