Ecuador gives Petrobras the OK to drill inside Amazon reserve

Ecuador's President Lucio Gutierrez on Wednesday gave Brazil's state-run oil firm [Petrobras] a green light to start drilling inside an Amazon jungle reserve, prompting an immediate court challenge by environmentalists...The other concessions have been awarded to Spanish-based Repsol-YPF and U.S.-based Occidental Petroleum Corp.
