Eni response to rejoinder re alleged unfair treatment of Etiama Community in Nigeria by eni, including deaths

1.Supply of Boats was awarded and completed 100% in 1999. 2.Water Boreholes was awarded on 15/06/1999 and completed 100% in Igbeta Ewoama & Agbakabiriya on 15/10/1999 & 14/09/1999 respectively. Etiama Water Scheme outstanding scope re-awarded on 7/12/2005. Project 100% completed 05/04/2004. 3.Construction of Etiama-Otatubo 1.32km Road was awarded on 4/11/2003. Pavement work at 59% completion when it was abandoned. Contract was cancelled and re-awarded to Messrs DANMI CONCEPT on 3/6/2008. Project 100% completed on 16/09/2009.. 4.Bridge Across Pipelines was awarded on 25/03/2003.The project is 100% completed on 26/05/2003. 5.Construction of 6-Classroom Block (Block A) at Etiama was awarded on 25/02/2002. The project was abandoned twice and was finally re-awarded to the present contractor. Superstructure block and Concrete work is completed. The project is at 55% completion.
