Fletcher Construction responded

Fletcher EQR is involved in the Canterbury Home Repair Programme as Project Manager. In that capacity it acts as agent to the Earthquake Commission (EQC), the New Zealand government entity that is the Principal of the programme. [Fletcher] note[s] that EQC has been in receipt of a communication from you about a similar complaint from WeCAN, and has responded on its own account. [Fletcher] refer[s]... [us] to that response, which can be taken to encompass the activities undertaken by Fletcher EQR in its capacity as agent to EQC. [Fletcher] also note[s] from the OECD Watch website that the relevant NCP rejected the complaint against EQC.
