The Institute for Human Rights and Business (IHRB) has been appointed to the national Steering Committee for the National Action Plan on Business & Human Rights process and has been requested to provide expert advice. This briefing note constitutes IHRB's first input on good practices and has been submitted to the Kenyan Attorney General. The briefing note calls for building trust from the onset and throughout the process. It also encourages the promotion of meaningful stakeholder engagement.
