The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) has launched the “Accountability and Remedy Project” (ARP) to deliver credible and concrete recommendations and guidance to states to enable more effective implementation of the Access to Remedy pillar of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

The ARP comprises six distinct, but interrelated projects, and will run until June 2016.  To gather evidence in relation to the six projects under the programme of work, OHCHR has launched a global online consultation process until 1 August.
