"Integrating the UN Guiding Principles - Assessing Organisational Capacity. A Review of Data submitted in the Organisational Capacity Assessment Instrument from 2012-2014", Oct 2014

This report describes the results of a review of the aggregated data from the anonymous online application of the OCAI by 57 companies from January 2012 until July 2014. It draws a number of recommendations and identifies and discusses trends and tendencies with regard to companies’ capacity to manage their human rights impacts. The report further includes short case studies summarising the experience of selected companies that have applied the OCAI tool in practice.
