[PDF] UNICEF Corporate Lab Concept note – for consultation at the UNICEF global workshop on children’s rights and business

To encourage and accelerate implementation of the [Children's Rights & Business Principles], UNICEF seeks to establish a corporate leadership platform called the UNICEF Corporate Lab. It will bring together leading sustainable businesses, government representatives and experts in child rights and corporate sustainability to pilot business practices that respect and support children’s rights. The platform aims to be a laboratory to build capacity, pioneer tools, and demonstrate how corporations can work with UNICEF and partners to deliver results for children...Through this initiative, participants will work hand in hand with UNICEF to develop guidance and metrics that will enable a wider roll-out and implementation of the Principles by businesses around the world, while also engaging in country-specific activities to drive measurable results for children on issues and in countries and/or regions of interest to Corporate Lab participants.
