Pension fund disinvests from Chinese Global Compact participant following human rights violations in Darfur

PGGM…has decided to disinvest from PetroChina because of its involvement in human rights violations in Darfur, Sudan…PGGM had been engaging with Petrochina officials since August 2007 over environmental and human rights issues linked to its activities in Sudan.
