Peru: Trade unions allege labour rights abuses by Hugo Boss supplier Topy Top

Following a book by German researcher Dr. Gisela Burckhardt, Director of Clean Clothes Campaign member organzation FEMNET, on exploitative working conditions in Hugo Boss's supply chain in Bangladesh, IndustriALL trade union federation asked the company to respond to a similar case involving Topy Top, a Peruvian textile supplier.

Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Hugo Boss to respond to both cases; the response to the Bangladesh case is here. Hugo Boss did not respond to the allegations in Peru.
