See all tags

In December the UN Special Rapporteur on the rights of peaceful assembly and of association, Mr. Maina Kiai, developed a questionnaire in order to seek the views of the various stakeholders, including  businesses, States and CSOs on obstacles and good practices in promoting and protecting the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association in the context of the exploitation of natural resources. This topic will be the focus of his report to the UN Human Rights Council in 2015.

How to submit information for the report
