Starbucks reputation on line in court case

An industrial relations case against Starbucks has been brought by a US federal agency, the National Labor Relations Board, which has found probable cause that the company violated the rights of its employees, who were trying to organise a union at the company's New York City outlets...Starbucks says it believes the NLRB allegations are "baseless, and will defend itself vigorously against them".
