"These are the 37 employers named by the Government for failing to pay their workers the minimum wage", 15 Jan 2015

The Government has today named and fined over 30 employers that failed to pay their workers the minimum wage....Among the 37 businesses identified by Business Minister Jo Swinson were fashion retailer H&M and motorway services company Welcome Break. H&M failed to pay £2,604.87 to 540 UK workers, while Welcome Break owed £1,318.70 to 19 workers. Other companies listed on the roll of shame include Kings Group and Kings Group Lettings...[and] Chi Yip Group...Ms Swinson said: "Paying less than the minimum wage is illegal, immoral and completely unacceptable. If employers break this law they need to know that we will take tough action by naming, shaming and fining them as well as helping workers recover the hundreds of thousands of pounds in pay owed to them."
