A US court is set to reopen a discrimination case filed by a former employee of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) against the company in April..The court has asserted that the case will not be rejected and asked the plaintiffs to file a "second amended complaint" by next Monday...TCS is an equal opportunity employer and bases its employment decisions on legitimate non-discriminatory policies....TCS spokesperson told. Steven Heldt, who hadfiled the lawsuit against TCS in a San Francisco federal court in April, alleged that a "substantial anti-American sentiment" prevailing in the company led to his termination.
