Call for nominations to serve as legal experts for IGWG (by 14 June)

Legal experts will assist the UN Intergovernmental Working Group with intersessional and interregional thematic consultations on the draft legally binding instrument.

The 10th session of the UN open-ended intergovernmental working group on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights (IGWG) to discuss the binding treaty is set to take place on 21-25 October 2024 at the UN in Geneva.

On 28 March 2024, the Chair-Rapporteur shared a proposed draft roadmap towards the 10th session, as well as an invitation to a consultation on 12 April to receive comments and suggestions on the draft. Following that discussion, there is now an updated roadmap towards the 10th session of the IGWG.
