Bosch response

Bosch has instituted and maintains policies and procedures reasonably designed to meet and achieve regulatory compliance requirements, applicable export control laws and regulations, including sanctions and prohibited circumvention. With respect to preventing prohibited circumvention activities, we use a due diligence approach. This includes potentially critical aspects in our relationship with new and existing customers, so-called red flags, e.g., as extraordinarily high order quantities, and also take market developments into consideration.

It is our goal to prevent Bosch products from being used in a way that violates sanctions at the end of the direct or indirect supply chain within our sphere of influence. We are working intensively on this. It is extremely difficult to control a sales process over the entire life cycle of a product since the final use of our supplies is often unknown due to the complex, multi-stage nature of supply chains. Therefore, it is crucial in this context that everyone - from the start to the end of the supply chain - complies with existing regulations.
