We have not cancelled orders and have not asked for any discounts on payments through the pandemic. Our sourcing leads are staying in close conversation with our suppliers to ensure that they are responding to the ever-changing environment in compliance with the legal requirements and keeping the health and safety of their workers as a top priority. We have also encouraged our suppliers to consult unions and workers on decisions pertaining to health and safety.

As per our Terms of Engagement, we mandate all suppliers to follow legal requirements on worker payments. All our suppliers in Cambodia have paid first and second quarter seniority payments and will continue to pay in accordance with the schedule set by the Cambodian government..."
