Electrolux response

Before responding, let me just underline that Electrolux Group exited Russia in mid 2022 (https://www.electroluxgroup.com/en/electrolux-has-decided-to-exit-russia-34511/). In addition, our export to the other mentioned countries is very limited.

Has your company put in place appropriate internal mechanisms and tools to carry out enhanced due diligence of your supply chains, intermediaries, customers and end-users to understand the risk of your products’ diversion to Russia? If yes, please provide details.

The Electrolux Group has policies, procedures and controls that are designed to ensure that our business complies with applicable laws and regulations. This includes compliance with economic sanctions and export control regulations. As part of that, we also assess diversion risk and have mechanisms to flag that.

Does your company consider potential red flags that suggest the use of front companies that may hide the true end-users of your products and thereby evade sanctions and export controls? If yes, please provide details.

Yes. Please see previous answer.

Has your company taken any other actions to prevent re-export of your products to Russia?

Yes. Electrolux Group has banned any new sales, direct or indirect, to Russia.
