In December 2023, it was reported that workers at Best Choice Garment were facing a series of violations, including excessive production targets, mandatory overtime, denial of benefits, and wage cuts if workers take leave.

In August 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Voile Bleue to respond. It did not.
