The Dutch Prosecution Service and Trafigura Beheer BV have today agreed a settlement whereby the appeals to the Dutch Supreme Court regarding the handling of the Probo Koala slops within the port of Amsterdam in 2006 will all be withdrawn. In addition, all the remaining cases regarding the company and its executives in relation to this incident have also been settled. None of the executives of Trafigura have accepted any conviction, nor made any admission of liability or guilt as part of this settlement.
