Response from Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt
The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt to respond to allegations of:
- Poor working conditions at Minière de Kasombo (MIKAS) site in the DRC
- Labour rights abuse related to irregular work, gender discrimination, and issues related to occupational health and safety at the Arcadia lithium mine in Zimbabwe
The company responded.
