Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited RHT to respond to an article featured by Justice for Myanmar (JFM), which raises international legal issues arising from RHT’s relationship with Emerging Towns & Cities Singapore (ETC) through its alleged sponsorship of ETC in its listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX). RHT did not respond.
