The Action4Justice Business & Human Rights Guide

The Action4Justice (“A4J”) Business and Human Rights Guide begins from this understanding and seeks to provide answers to the following question: “What can I do when a business has abused my rights?”.   4. Access justice by giving practical and legal tips on how to use legal enforcement mechanisms in practice; and
  5. Identify where you can find further information and support to help you enforce your rights.

By doing so, the A4J guide seeks to provide communities and civil society with tools to hold businesses accountable for human rights abuse...
