BFA’s focus appears to be entirely on box ticking and the publication of documents on our website, rather than real impacts. In addition, BFA appears to continue to misunderstand of some of the key facts. As mentioned, Vitol holds itself to high standards of behaviour. We have no doubt that relevant external stakeholders which have conducted thorough due diligence into the way we work would support this, as would Group employees and the communities with which we work.
