• Factory has conducted trainings for all app 2.000 workers on awareness on ethical business principles and procedures.
• Factory has hired external support for training on respectful communication and behavior on the work floor by supervisors and management. Already 3 training sessions have been conducted and the training will be repeated every 6 months.
• Factory has arranged refresh trainings for workers on how targets are being developed and how to raise issues with targets. The ability to reach targets are not related to their basic wage. The targets are an incentive program only, there are no punishments related to targets.
• In case of overtime factory will provide full overtime salary and ferry transportation. Factory confirmed no excessive overtime took place in the past years.
• The factory confirmed that they added at least another 5 ferry cars and put a monitoring system in place to make sure drivers will drive safely and all workers have access to the transportation service.
