Myanmar: Garment workers at Lucky Fortune factory reportedly face frequent military visits as they manufacture their clothes; incl. co. responses

In May 2023, it was reported that workers at Lucky Fortune were facing a series of violations, including frequent military visits due to the military having their clothes made in the factory, limited breaks for workers to eat, workers having to pay for drinking water and first aid, and the Workplace Coordination Committee working according to the employer’s wishes.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Inditex and LPP S.A. to respond and in September 2024, we invited Workman to respond. The responses can be found below.
