ABB response

ABB complies with all applicable sanctions and export controls regulations, including those imposed against Russia by the European Union, Switzerland, and the U.S and other relevant jurisdictions.

When the war began in February 2022, ABB stopped taking new orders in Russia and later announced its decision to exit the Russian market in July 2022. As a matter of company policy, ABB does not engage in direct or indirect business transactions with Russia. The company has a robust trade compliance program with substantial controls and resources dedicated to avoiding the diversion of ABB products to Russia and other countries or parties subject to sanctions.

ABB takes very seriously the concerns raised by the Business & Human Rights Resource Center. ABB has initiated an internal review to gather more information and any findings will be addressed appropriately according to the company's compliance procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
