Airbus' response

The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Airbus to respond to the JFM report alleging that the company is in partnership with Leonardo to form ATR. ATR aircraft, JFM alleges, are used by the Myanmar military “to transport troops, arms and supplies for its combat operations, as it commits war crimes and crimes against humanity with impunity”.

Airbus responded: "Please note that Airbus is unable to respond on behalf of ATR."
