Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited ETC to respond to an article featured by Justice for Myanmar (JFM), which raises international legal issues arising from the company’s alleged status as a parent company in Golden Land, and Golden Land’s business dealings in relation to Golden City, a property development project that is built on land owned by the Myanmar military. ETC did not respond.
