Responses to Request for Advice allegations raised in a statement recently published by the Regarding Business & Human Rights Resource Centre

Responding to the email we have received from the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre dated November 2nd, 2022 regarding our obligation to respond to allegations raised in a statement recently published by the Indonesian Coalition for Monitoring Infrastructure Development ahead of the AIIB's annual meeting, along with this letter we would like to submit our responses with respect to the allegations of human rights violations pointed to PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero)/lndonesia Tourism Development, or hereinafter referred as ITDC, related to Mandalika project development.
