Letter to Osisko Gold Royalties: Re: Lydian Canada Ventures/Amulsar gold mine - human rights and environmental impacts issues

...We are reaching out in connection with unresolved concerns around the alleged actual and potential adverse human rights and environmental impacts of the Amulsar Project. We also would like to bring attention to concerns about the alleged judicial, verbal and physical harassment of human rights defenders representing the interests of local communities. More details on these issues are provided in section 3 below.

We would like to invite Osisko to provide its perspective on its role and responsibility as a key institutional investor/indirect shareholder in the Amulsar Project, particularly with regards to addressing the alleged human rights risks and violations related to the investment in the Amulsar Project. Specific questions and issues are provided in section 5 below...
