GYSEN Myanmar Apparel...dismissed 50 trade union members on the grounds of layoff and hire[d] day laborers instead.
The factory [has] been operating for 4 years with more than 700 [workers] but the employer dismissed more than 50 official trade union members from Button and Iron Departments on the grounds of layoff.
But it is said the factory is hiring the day laborers...
