1) More than 500 workers from Sin Phyu Taw (CKJ) garment factory...went on strike on 7th April because the employer announced that workers would only get 35 per cent of their wages for March as they could not withdraw money from Bank
2)The employer does not say when the remaining salary will be paid, [and] threatens the strike workers that their daily and skill bonuses will be cut, and asks workers, "will workers stop strike when the military comes and shoot?". The regular payday is on the 5th of every month.
