... we are actively collaborating with the factory and local stakeholders to enhance the factory’s systems, strengthening their ability to identify and manage real and potential risks to workers.

New Balance is committed to working responsibly with our suppliers and we have internal procedures in place to safeguard against negative impacts on workers within our supply chain. As part of our commitment towards ensuring fair and decent work in our supply chain, we have a comprehensive supplier program to make progress on fair compensation, prevent forced labor and promote fair recruitment practices. For more information on our Responsible Leadership program, please see our latest Sustainability and Impact report.

New Balance is a member of long standing of the Better Work Program, a joint program of the ILO and IFC, bringing together all levels of the global garment industry to improve working conditions and respect for workers’ labor rights.
