OWRPO PU regularly monitors the state of implementation of the country's Labor legislation in companies operating in the extractive industry throughout the year, and the monitoring results are included in the Annual Report. In 2022, while investigating the complaint... it was concluded that the reductions made by Burea Veritas Azeri LLC did not comply with the country's legislation. And the organization included this conclusion in its 2022 Annual Report...

At the same time, we bring to your attention the fact that this position is related to the illegality of the decision you made, not as a damage to any reputation of your company.

Based on the above, we believe that the letter you sent,

- It is pressure and blackmail against the Oil Workers' Rights Protection Organization Public Union

- These are illegal actions aimed at restricting the activities of Oil Workers' Rights Protection Organization Public Union with the Constitution and Charter of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

- It is deviating from the protection of the rights of employees according to the Charter of Organizations.

I also note that no company related to our activity, including "Bureau Veritas Azeri" Limited Liability Company, can limit our rights provided by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
