Units from the Federal Electricity Commission arrived in the vicinity of the San Pedro Cholula landfill with a crane to carry out the imposition of the reconnection of electricity to the landfill facilities. After being questioned by the people guarding the encampment against the landfill, CFE workers arrived with elements of the state police, around 20 armed riot police on board patrol cars 1059 and 1549, who proceeded to intimidate and threaten those guarding the encampment.
