Sir/Madam,

This is in reference to mail dated 17.08.2023 on subject cited above regarding reply to the detain of Human Rights Activists in Arunachal Pradesh. It is submitted that SJVN signed MoA’s with Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh for five Hydro Electric Projects in Arunachal Pradesh on 12.08.2023, yet SJVN did not have any role in the alleged incidence of detain of Human Rights Activist during the MoA’s signing ceremony.
