...We have contacted Peña Colorada regarding the foregoing, and its management has confirmed that while the articles in your email below mentioned that Mr. Higinio Trinidad de la Cruz participated in a legal action against Peña Colorada, to the best of Peña Colorada’s knowledge, they are not aware of any legal action against Peña Colorada involving Mr. Trinidad nor have they had any interaction with Mr. Trinidad de la Cruz.
