VF has supported the ongoing mediation meetings between workers and factory management at Bright Flushing. As a result of the mediation process, workers have been or will be reinstated. VF will continue to support the process of improving social dialogue between management and worker representatives including union leaders in coordination with other brands and key partners in Cambodia.
