  • FinFisher (for a while a subsidiary of Gamma Group) is a technology company that manufactures spyware products, including intrusion software known as FinSpy, designed to collect data from phones and computing devices. It is the subject of a criminal investigation into allegations of illegal surveillance technology exports to Turkey used by the government in the surveillance of opposition members and journalists.

    As of May 2024, according to Amnesty International: "German corporate records show that the FinFisher group of companies including FinFisher GmbH, FinFisher Holdings GmbH,FinFisher Labs GmbH and Raedarius m8 GmbH. FinFisher Holdings is now known as Vilicius Holdings GmbH according to the German company registry."
