The Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Overseas Investment of Central Enterprises, as deliberated and adopted at the 113th Director's Executive Meeting of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, were issued and came into force on May 1, 2012.
