Japan: Bar Association calls on gov't to start on National Action Plan
The Japanese Federation of Bar Associations (JFBA) has issued a statement calling on the Japanese government to start work on a National Action Plan for Business and Human Rights as a matter of urgency. The JFBA urges the government to ensure that any NAP is based on the guidance issued by the UN Working Group, and that the process is open and transparent to all stakeholders.
