In this newly created role, the Deputy Executive Director will serve as a key member of the Leadership Team, overseeing the organization's operations, finance and development teams, and supporting the design and implementation of our strategic vision.

The Deputy Executive Director will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure that the organization is fully equipped to fulfill its mission. This includes managing the organization's finances and daily operations and the staff within these teams, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and implementing strategies to maintain a thriving culture and uphold the organization's core values. The Deputy Executive Director will play an integral role in fundraising by growing and supervising the development team and cultivating and stewarding relationships with major donors. Additionally, the Deputy Executive Director will collaborate closely with the rest of the Leadership Team on strategic visioning and planning processes to achieve Inclusive Development International's mission and goals.
