Labor Mobility Partnerships (LaMP) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support org-wide and programmatic administrative needs working closely with a diverse global team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves streamlining processes, supporting financial report reviews, ensuring smooth logistical coordination for meetings and events, and other administrative and grant management tasks that assist the whole organization. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, and willing to work across different time zones and cultural contexts.

LaMP works to develop large-scale, long-term solutions for workers to access quality jobs across borders. Our vision is a world in which the global poor have exponentially greater opportunity for economic advancement. To get there, our goal is to dramatically increase the scale and quality of labor mobility programs globally.
