Labor Mobility Partnerships (LaMP) seeks an adaptive, motivated, creative Senior Associate to take on significant ownership in delivering and expanding on our portfolio of work in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). The Senior Associate will help LaMP solidify and expand our presence and activities in LAC by:

  1. playing a key role in the implementation and execution of LaMP’s current portfolio of proof-of-concept projects in the region,
  2. contributing to the discovery and design of new innovative labor mobility proof-of-concept projects, including efforts to fund these projects (i.e. scoping and applying to funding opportunities),
  3. cultivating LaMP’s coalitions & networks, knowledge products, and visibility in the region to amplify our message, elevate our profile, and deepen our regional expertise.

The Senior Associate role will evolve over time.
