The UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights published a report and made various recommendations to the government, expressing concerns such as the lack of a national human rights institution, gender gaps in wages and executive management roles, and long working hours.

The international human rights NGO, Human Rights Now, said that in light of the report's findings, efforts should be made to close the gaps with international standards.
